These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Kamil Domanski, the individual creator and owner of ClothDecode ("I", "me", or "my"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App or the website.
ClothDecode is a fabric identification app that uses AI to help users identify the material composition of fabrics and garments. By using the App, you agree to use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
ClothDecode does not require you to create an account. You can begin using the App after completing the onboarding flow and subscribing through the paywall. All features are available without registration.
ClothDecode uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos of fabrics and provide fabric identification results. The AI results are provided for informational purposes only. Your submitted images and results are stored on Firebase to enable the in-app history feature.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any fabric identification provided by the App. AI systems can make errors, and the results should not be relied upon as a definitive or professional analysis. You should always verify fabric content independently (e.g., by reading the garment label) when accuracy is important - for example, for washing, medical, or safety purposes.
By using the fabric identification feature, you acknowledge and accept that results may be incorrect or incomplete, and you agree not to hold the Developer liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated results.
ClothDecode offers a subscription-based model. Access to premium AI fabric identification features requires an active subscription, which you can purchase through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.
Pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region. All purchases are subject to Apple's or Google's applicable payment policies.
Because subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, all refund requests are handled by the respective platform under their own refund policies. I do not directly control refunds for in-app purchases. Please contact Apple or Google support for refund inquiries.
All content in the App and on the website (including text, graphics, design, branding, and code) is owned by Kamil Domanski, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission.

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, especially if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful or unlawful way.
ClothDecode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While I do my best to keep the App functioning properly, I cannot guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or available. I make no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI-generated fabric identification results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on incorrect AI fabric identification results, loss of data, or exposure to third-party content.

I may update these Terms occasionally. If I do, I will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
